MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER OF COURT granting in part 82 Motion for Summary Judgment. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter JUDGMENT in favor of Defendants as to Plaintiff's Section 1983 claim. The Court DECLINES to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's state law malicious prosecution/abuse of process claim and hereby DISMISSES that claim without prejudice.
