ORDER granting 9 Consent Decree; Defendant Township will amend its sign ordinance as stated more fully in order and shall not enforce any of its ordinances restricting political signs on private residential property until such amendments have been enacted; This order resolves plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order for Preliminary Injunction and the motion is hereby dismissed as moot; Hearing of 2/27/2008 is cancelled; Plaintiff's claims for injunctive and declaratory reli ef and damages are also resolved; Parties to file joint status report by 3/14/2008 advising if entire action has been settled; Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce this order, including any relief deemed appropriate, should either party breach terms hereof.
