This album is not for the casual feather-lite pop/rock fan. It is not for tapping your foot to, dancing to (so far as I can tell), or any such past times. All you can do is sit back and let the cold, sometimes classical-sounding soundscapes wash over you and engulf you. It is a difficult first list as it switches between the more melodic "Small Steps" and "Tare" to the eerily unnerving ambiences of "Emerge" and "The Call".
