6. CoRKESPONDENCE FOR PREPAYMENT. — Articles, Other than letters and post cards, must be prepaid at least partly. Prepayinent is compulsory to all noii-Uiiion countries, except to the places where the Japanese Post Offices are established.
7. Registration. — Printed matter of all kinds, Samples of Merchandise and Commercial Papers, as well as Letters, may be registered.
8. Acknowledgment of Delivery. — Articles, for which the sender requires an acknowledgment of delivery, are charged a fee of 5 sen in addition to the ordinary postage rate and register fee.
9. Correspondence deliverable by Express.— Correspondence deliver- able by Express is charged a fee of 12 sen in addition to the ordinary postage rate.
The countries with which correspondence deliverable by Express may by exchanged are the following : —
