<reviewbody>Beguiling, guitar-infused indielectronic.. OK, this isn't just decent, it's surprisingly, unexpectedly gorgeous, all Morricone-like plucked sounds and evocative strings, then random sounds and sequenced serendipity. Highly, highly recommended album from new Archive addition Autres Directions In Music.</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>Good stuff. Acoustic guitars coupled with solid but playful beats. Reminds me a bit of the production work Blockhead did for Aesop Rock’s Labor Days. I like to see these songs as hip-hop instrumentals. In fact, I already started to write some rhymes to these beats. Although calling them beats doesn’t really do these songs justice. My favorite cuts are more rain and kashcut. More Dudley please!</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>this is basically drums and friendly sounds, which vary from guitar notes to leads to pads. brian eno's piano samples in 'let-down', or the sample in 'fall song', leave in me the feeling that the sampling is always behind the corner, which could be a good point in certain cases, but smells in this case. 'the flower that eats the moon' resembles neocolor's percussion sets, and moves me towards a non-appropriate approaching to ulrich schnauss. seasonal remains a good lp anyway, which i would listen to again for the sweet air it's able to move.
thumbs up to 'monday' and 'point of disgust'.</reviewbody>

<review><reviewbody>i downloaded this based on its relatively good reviews and immediately fell in love with it. this is tasteful, imaginative and groovy music. there is a lot of free music floating around that is a little too "experimental" for its own good. dudley has released an album that, beyond the contribution it makes to the artform, is continuously enjoyable to listen to. for those trying to figure out what it would sound like, i would compare it to thievery corporation or her space holiday but more purely electronic.</reviewbody>
<reviewtitle>way above expectation</reviewtitle>
