<review><reviewbody>This album is a masterful look into the hurricane disaster. It provides a chilling aural look into the devestation and loss New Orleans suffered. The use of samples and found recordings is especially powerful, because it forces the listener to be aware of the fact that real people were involved.

My only regret is that I didn&#039;t find it sooner.</reviewbody>
