Hunter's first show since 1990 or 1991.

The only changes made were:
-1. Fixed sector boundary errors by set and encoded to FLAC (which is the additional "> .WAV files > FLAC" lineage) using shntool 1.2.3 and flac 1.1.0. No additional DAE was done.
-2. Added very small fade to the crowd noise at the end of the first set (d1t08.)
-3. Split up Sugaree and Wild Bill. Together, they comprised the 15th track but I separated them into distinct tracks since there is no segue.
-4. Changed file names to indicate tracking for 2 audio discs.
-5. Modified this text file.
-6. Generated md5 checksums for new .wav files.
