NOTES:

Too bad Philfest was moved from a beautiful park on Lake Michigan into
a *gym*. Ick. I was really looking forward to a day of music outdoors.
While the weather was beautiful during the day - brisk but sunny - it
got very cold that evening. I imagine the musicians appreciated
being inside so they didn't have to play with nearly frozen fingers.

To recompile seamlessly (like transferring back to DAT or some such -
why would anyone want to do this?), arrange all tracks in sequence and
remove d1t05 and d2t01.
