There are tons of text files being uploaded that have no description, keywords, or copyright information. Since they are in Arabic there is no way to tell even what they are. How can we risk allowing the posting of items that may be copyright. If you require them to choose a license, would that not move the liability more to the poster? This would also have a side effect of stopping the constant flow of jihadi nonsense that is consuming a large portion of the server space...

The lack of metadata for these titles will be updated as a batch. yes, in the mean time they are not very useful. Maybe we could be better at keeping them from sight.
