Infact when I d'loaded it the first time it installed nicely but would not play.
I opend an archived show today and it was telling me I needed to install again.
Then the problem you described occured.
What's up?

for what it's worth, I have the same problem a little bit where the page will load with that 'you need this player install' message box but then will snap to have the read player there no problem, with me not doing anything additional.
I'm sure all the bugs will be worked out soon!

Until they fix it, when your show page is up, go to the browser bar and append immediately to the end of the show name &newflash=0. Hit enter and the old, familiar embedded player should appear.

like this, the page loads without the player
http://www.archive.org/details/Awry2008-05-03.SBD
like this, the page loads with the player
http://www.archive.org/details/Awry2008-05-03.SBD&newflash=0
see, the only difference is the &newflash=0 added (appended!) to the end!
Paz y amore!

Is there an actual fix for this yet without switching to a different browser other than IE? Thanks.

The Adobe site is of little use also, everyone is scratching there heads, although I had a little luck roaming through there forums.
