for example this would work, http://freecache.org/http%3A//mysite.com/myfile.zip

but this would not:
http://freecache.org/http%3a//mysite.com/myfile.zip

I noticed this when trying to post a link to a large file on slashdot.org, and just using http:// (instead of http%3a// ) would get misinterpreted by their URL parser.
