Still no cache that I can see

Hi,
For a while now I have my files linked through http://freecache.org/http://myurl.com/file.wmv and I do not see any of them here in the 'detailed status' page. I see from the post below this that one should use %3A and not http:// ??? Is this correct and could this be the problem?
