KSYM San Antonio has uploads in the Public Domain, but they include Wes Montgomery and even The Beatles! Now how can this stuff be usable for me (music my commercial film score)? Thanks,

No reply yet; I found another contact address to try soon. ...EDIT: I received a reply from the station, confirming that the broadcast recordings in question should be removed. So they have been.

broadcasting doesnt make anything public domain. that the podcaster in question took responsibility to license his podcasts as public domain, doesnt mean it is public domain. he is not the author of the music and most possibly doesnt have any special rights to this music.
