URGENT - failed connection

I was trying to connect to an archive and it says 'failed connection'...it is quite urgent that I have to access the web page...i was wondering how long it would take to fix the server...by this week??...i'm not sure how to find out which server it is...but if anyone can tell me how to find out...i'll be happy to let u guys know which server it is |
