For me, there is no question that Brent was the best Keyboard player for the band. Kieth would be considered but for the fact that Brent only got better the longer he played, as Keith I would say had the opposite approach.

I've actually always wondered why the change in stage positions in the early 80's.
Anyone have any insights ?????

agreed on everything you said and those 2 Hartford shows do showcase him. The spring tour in fact. Plus, this is always a good show for people who want the Brent experience... http://www.archive.org/details/gd87-09-09.sbd.miller.21014.sbeok.shnf I've said it before and this is just my own personal view. I always thought Brent could make a bad night good and a good night great.

Solo...agree with you 100%. How bout the iko from the night before? Brent added some serious punch to the band when they really needed it.
