Any nodes in the Excelsior district?

I cannot access the SFLan map; are there any nodes in the Excelsior? Mt. San Bruno is not accessible to me. I want to build a node (or are there any unused ones available?) for my neighborhood. And why can I no longer access the map and charts? |
