There's a Grateful Dead show I'm looking for. I think its some where around 1971 or so. During drums, or some quiet moment this woman starts preaching against the evils of Vietnam and the band just keeps it quiet until sh'e finished and then continue with the song (I think its "the Other One", but I'm not sure) bringing up the volume. Its very cool but I can't find it after looking and so I hope someone out there might be able to guide me.
Thanks!
Peace.

I believe you're looking for 6.7.1970 from the Fillmore. That is if my smokey memory serves...

I'm surprised that you don't hear, "Shut the fuck up!" on the tape...; )

Another amusing audience episode is during post drums jam at 10-17-1978, you can hear a woman walk up on stage and ask Garcia (while he's playing no less) if he would give her banjo lessons...he tells her that he doesn't teach anymore...
