This is an experiment on how to coordinate and financially support open-source software modules that would help the Internet Archive.

I don't know what software exactly, I suppose this could vary hugely across the whole archiving system and depends on what servers run on.

I don't know if HotcakeCMS Open Source CMS Software is useful for what is needed? zBut maybe have a look to see if it is helpful:
