[Subj was: The Most spiritual, bittersweet moment in their (The Grateful Dead that is) entire carreer?] Hi. I was hoping I could find someone with the Grateful Dead show from 8/27/72. I'm lloking for the sing me back home. Who knows what it will do to hear this. I would love everyone to hear this. Does anybody have it, and will upload it? -Saul [subj edit for clarity- mod]

The "Sing Me Back Home" from Veneta is available in the "So Many Roads" box set that was offocially released several years ago. Also it is generally true that items removed from the Archive at the request of TPTB show up as official releases within several months of their removal.

The only exception so far is Veneta and 3 shows from E72- two shows from Paris (5.3 & 5.4), rough mixes from the 16 track master tapes which were allegedly obtained clandestinely from David Gans' home, and the Amsterdam show from 5.10.

Just hoping more information would be helpful.

Alright, sorry.
Had no idea about this issue, and really didn't mean to do something unwanted. My savvyness is lacking. Again, I apologize.

The Veneta show is still available at the above link.

Who knows for how long, though.
