I read that yesterday too and was absolutely appalled. I realize that it is somewhat "hearsay" at this point. But it is just all so believable. I was so goddam "doe-eyed" when i was "touring" with them, i couldn't see them for what they really were - a machine. I want to believe that Jerry had an entirely different "belief system" in the whole scene - but jerry either didn't have or didn't want to have the backbone to scuttle the ship. But anyways, that post on vince's website just floored me. To be honest, i really don't care what bob's "version of events are" (wrong of me, i know). after the "see ya" comment, this was just the icing on the cake. i used to love going to ratdog shows and always loved bob's interesting rhythm style - just really really tough to listed to him now. I know he certainly is not the only prick in the music business by a long shot. He was always just one of my favorite musician/singers - and to me, it is just so very tainted now. my loss i guess. i need to listen to some KIMOCK to cheer me the hell up!!!
