The explaination of the batting average is that it represents the percentage of people who downloaded a show after looking at the details of that show.
Since, obviously, most or all of the sbd's are no-longer downloadable, why continue to keep the batting average?
It has no relevance any longer.
It's a farce.

We need a better system to point us in the right direction.
The Oprah's Picks by the Dr. is a cool new addition....

You might have missed what is subtly indicated by my criticism however.
It is intended for someone (i.e. Bobby or Phil) to read and go, "Oh, yeah. The whole schema of this web site has been screwed up because we have disallowed the downloading of soundboards."
The batting averages are so low because you CAN'T download the best quality stuff. Each time someone looks at the details of a show and goes, "Man that's awsome - I'll download that. But wait, you can only stream it." that makes it's batting average go down.
So the batting averages of the best shows will continue to decline, unless or until they allow downloads of the sbd's again.
Otherwise, the whole rating scheme will always be screwy.
In other words, PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT GUYS!
