Is the Wayback Machine broken? |
As a web-publisher in Australia I love this wayback machine for gaining proof when we uncover other websites that have made a copyright breach. Unfortunately, today is one of those days when I find myself yet again preparing evidence of our ownership of words however in the midst of my research the Wayback machine has stop delivering results and just says: Failed Connection.

Maybe this is a good sign, archive.org team actually managed to move their servers and now works on how to restore existing functionality back :).

Re: Is the Wayback Machine broken? |
Well, yes. We've gotten our servers moved, and are working on the updates. Our engineers are working hard on getting that out and the Wayback Machine re-indexed. Once this happens, the error messages should be resolved. Should, meaning we really, really, really hope so.
