It's possible that some Dick Tracy episodes are PD. I see that there aren't many. I think most UK TV is generally not but I would have to check more in depth.
OK I updated my post above to only include series where the renewal is available on the Library of Congress online search. Then I pasted it in the review for the first episode. There are so many movies and series in that account that it takes a long time to even find the ones I posted. There are quite a few more copyrighted series if you have a day to spend. It would be said if the whole archive were to go down due to accounts like this.
