Had troubles getting in but found a backdoor and see that no one has posted in 4 days. Kind of reminds of the old days when William Tell was leading a band of brothers and sisters in the dark with his torch.

Hope all are well.

I still come to see what's up every week or so.
Have to say I'm a bit dismayed by the new interface.
Hopefully all will be well again soon.
Best wishes to everyone.

With the new interface, I had trouble finding the "forum" .
I wonder if the tons of official releases has sort of taken the fun out of it (?) Though I would think offical releases of Kezar, and RFK 73 would generate some comment .

Thanks for posting this. I forgot i ordered the digital versions of the boxed set and the email went to my junk folder. Spent last weekend working my way through Iowa, UCSB and Kezar. They sound great although i was surprised how May '72 or '77 it felt as there was not much setlist variability in those three shows. You better like shows that end with Trucking'>TOO>Eyes, China Doll/Stella and Sugar Magnolia. Luckily i do. I guess i never really listened to this period back to back before. All sounds good but needed to take a break before tackling RFK.

The ones I enjoyed most were Kezar (Keith is high in the mix, and I'm a piano guy) , and the justly famous RFK show . Still this is all high level Dead . The most unusual would be the fist RFK show, where instead of TOO after Truckin', you get a big Playing .
I think because, with the exception of the RFKs, there are standalone shows, so you get more repetition, it seems in some songs are on the "B' list . Only one Bird Song, and one Dark Star , for instance .

Do you need a new backdoor? This is the best backdoor I've ever had--it really changed my life. It's the backdoor that many celebrities now use to melt pounds off their body:

Ah, the old "backdoor" method. If something works, why get fancy?

Yeah, still a few of us occasionally pop up, but it seems the time between such appearances is growing. Not dead, but certainly on life support. One possible reason for this is the influx of the automated trolling that's been infecting many posts here could be turning people off.

Either way, I hope all is well in your neck of the woods. Feel free to stop by again, plenty of great seats always available.

I look to see if any familiars are here. And there are. Hello, you're not forgotten...but fading.

Sorry, didn't hear you, the doorbell doesn't work anymore. It broke during a brief obsession with doorbell geekery where I tried to make it play The Eleven whenever someone presses it.
