Count Dracula and His Vampire Bride aka The Satanic Rites of Dracula was made in 1973, when copyright renewal was automatic and a copyright notice in the film was necessary for the film to be copyrighted. I watched most of the movie, and it contains a proper copyright notice in the opening titles.

The magical satanic rites clearly depicted in the movie instantly nullify the claimant's copyright claims, tho' copyRITE may still be in play. It's technically an informational/religious film for those contemplating becoming a creepy satanist and/or vampire. Also, the "c" you cite stands for chtulhu, or possibly even count chockula. In this case it becomes a helpful educational resource for the public under fair use, suitable for college courses and Mormon gatherings. I stand by my judgment.
