| Advanced Radio Wave Theory - Billy Ruffian Artists
As a warm-up to a radio show in Sheffield a bunch of us made this rather wondrous collection of tape music - which was supposed to be trailers and idents for the show. We ended up only using one of the segments during the broadcast but subsequently Sam decided it was so good he did another show playing the whole piece.

Ford in Kenya represents they heyday of the Bellerophon's 1997 exploits. From old tapes rescued from Ford tractor adverts they created a dark place full of "pick up sticks" and the odd bit of "in car entertainment".

| MCLD is your bed - MCLD
MCLD's first album (featuring Shub on four of the tracks). A hotchpotch of grawky stuff, lots of it digitally-created. Some great tracks on this! I think so, anyway. That's why I released them. "Dedicated to the memory of a p" is often a popular one. "Space Creem" is an amazing scary rumbly drone thing - I just listened back to it and I love it.

This album explores loads of loudish noises you can make with your voice... but it's leavened with some other stuff as well. Most of the tracks here are purely vocal - whether single-track, multi-track, or sampled. (Tracks 10, 13, 14, 15 are the exceptions.)

This is a collection of music and remixes by Missmyheartbeats back in the days when he spent a lot of time going up and down the M1 between Leeds and Sheffield. It contains the incredible "My Mermaid" - the ultimate sea-shanty-cubanismo mashup. There is also the rather unpleasant "Hilton" which is from much later and involved being stuck in Milton Keynes at a very boring work event.
