Latino Keno concludes the release with an uneasy ambient take sure to leave you with a chill.

The prolific Ohioan known as c4 (Adam Crammond) brings us this blast of blunt acid techno. Tricky in execution, it's presented as a continuous mix, split into tracks for your listening convenience. This is abrasive stuff and won't appeal to everyone, but for those lucky enough to like it, as it says on the back cover: "Drink coffee, rave forever." Or at least for 11 minutes. Enjoy.

It wouldn't be entirely correct to say that we value quality over quantity here at Oceanbase, but we can see where you might get that idea after listening to this short but salty EP from Scrap Heap. The title track "and" provides slow, smooth ambient techno, and it's sandwiched between two of the most driven, in-your-face beat assaults we've released to date. This EP may be brief, but it's guaranteed to leave an impression, if not an impact crater: Crank up your volume and enjoy.

a few days after christmas 2002, having nothing else to do, i decided to make as many songs as possible within a 24 hour period, using randomly selected samples for each one. the first 14 tracks on this album resulted. the rest, i added over the years, with the last track, 'millipede', being done in august 2004. this album is beat-driven and electronic in nature, with a thick, otherworldly feeling to it...
