| PS003 VA - REdrops - Various Artists
"Sundrops on the Ocean", included on Torsion's "Raindrops" [PS001] is back. We invited artists from all over the world and from different music genres and challenged them to take "Sundrops on the Ocean" and make a remix from the original. The result goes from the furious noise remix of Toronto Noise Company to the sublime remix made by AKTIV that gets us ready to go to a dance floor and dance to it.

Between sleep deprivation and other kind of insonmia, the nightlife entity known as "No One", offers us his debut album "Hush", a voiceless music that is charged with images, inspired by the climate in big city and the sensation of being no one among the crowd. From this sensations "Hush" appears has a mix of (musical) influences that reach from trip-hop to some more ambient sounds, passing by beats that make a wink to a drum'n'basss beat with some experimental noise details...

| The Sound of You - QuarterBit
::An experimental databending project:: Can databending - a technical process - be used in order to make compositions that are appealing in some way? This is the purpose of Quarterbit, a portuguese sound designer. Using a self developed databending software that transforms jpgs into wav files and then another that transforms the same wav files into midi, Quarterbit then uses the final data in order to make these compositions that are aimed to the chill out room.
