As a follow-up to last week's analysis of Carl Lewis' technique, I am posting clips of Jesse Owens, Bob Beaman, and Michael Johnson as examples of good running form. Pay especially close attention to the way Jesse Owens starts his run, by leaning, and never straightening his knees. BobBeaman is an example of good form with a high range of motion; a lot of it has to do with build.
