The Ray Tracing project came about at the time of the Aqua Regia "The House Tribe" sessions. It is a mixture of tempos and textures, all distilled from a single sample recorded off air from the legendary pirate radio station Centerforce which was the co-ordinating power behind the rave scene circa 1989. Several iterations were produced, all distinctly different; a tour de force of synthesis, electric piano and furious drum machines flailing and slamming.

It is a forerunner of "Treasure Trove Dance Music" that has come to prominence recently, raiding the rich history of dance music as its basis, and coadunating this with modern synth sequences.
