As I understand it this image was created to hang over a stairwell (tres site specific) where the spectator had no choice but see it from an extreme raking angle as they approached it. Gosh.

This video was shot as a collaborative effort that precipitated the mundane task of tearing down a temporary wall after an exhibition at the artist-run centre in Peterborough (Artspace). After capturing the footage the remainder of the project shifted to an exersize in sound design and video manipulation with editing software. All good fun but nothing too serious.

This is a cut up of William Friedkin's "French Connection", a film that ushered in an era of thrillers with a car chase centre-pieces. My project is actually sound based. I attempted to keep the narrative structure intact while using only clips that are exterior shots of cars, the sounds are always native to the clip (no over-dubbing).
