As most of you almost certainly do not know, I like to arrange music for fun and profit. Mostly fun. Profit would be better. Anyway, the attached audio is from a piano duet I put together about three years ago and just recently rediscovered the midi file for which after I thought I had accidentally deleted it in the great hard drive crash of aught-five. (Kids: save early and often.) Some interesting notes about this piece (hehe, get it?): I did not play a single note of it...

This is an arrangement of Vince Guaraldi's "Linus and Lucy" for acoustic guitar trio. (I believe this first appeared in the Charlie Brown Christmas special.) I put this together for my wife because she is a huge Peanuts fan, and this is one of her favorite songs. Dave Brubeck originally had (for some reason) a saxophone playing the lead in his arrangement of "Take Five." I'm sure that sounded fine and all, (I've never actually heard Brubeck's version, it's too hard to find ;)), but I thought "Why not put a French Horn in there?" So I did. Mozart's K.265, electric guitar variation, w/drums. So, basically, I spend most of my time arranging orchestral pieces that others seem to enjoy, but my children only notice the pieces arranged for electric guitar. This is one such piece. I put this together for them. Note: This is actually a duplicate of a work I posted at http://www.archive.org/details/FirstPost. I wish I could remove this copy, but I don't see any way to do that.
