The Israeli Military carried out a military incursion into the Tel Al Sultan refugee camp, Rafah, the Gaza Strip in May 2004. A demonstration marched to this area of Rafah and was fired at with rockets from an apache helicopter. Fourteen people were killed and many more seriously injured.
