This is the D-side to "Carmen of the Spheres", an aural model of the moons of Uranus as heard from the planet. This forms the fourth track of probably the world's longest CD-single. I would strongly recommend that you download the 160kbps MP3 format version of this piece, as that's just about the most appropriate format. Please note that the WAV files named after the various moons are open source materials, not the main piece.

| Forty-three Divs - Greg Fox
A two-track CD (77 minutes) for sampled harp, sine waves and mild percussion, intended as a meditation-aid. The first track features a harp tuned to 43 equal divisions of a five-octave span, plus sine waves and percussion. The second track is for two threads: one a 43-division harp and the other a 53-division harp. These blend in a way analagous to "bitonality". There is no percussion in the second track but there are sine-waves, primarily as echoes and extensions to the harps...
