After working on lots of small things and trying out some new stuff, I managed to get a time of 9:42 which is well beyond what I originally thought possible for myself. Uses the ladder warp glitch, which requires both careful timing of the "Get enemy stuck in the floor" glitch and "Fall through the floor" glitch, to get to Birdo and finishes the level 4.25 sec faster. 1-2. Toad is used instead of Luigi. This time Toad is unharmed from picking up the enemy underneath the flying carpet. Jumping on the carpet is more precise. Over 3 seconds is saved by using the Illusionary item glitch to defeat Birdo with a vegetable instead of the key... This is Genisto's version, which beats Morimoto's version in the following aspects: - is 10 seconds faster! - has better high score! and also, when compared to Michael Fried's run: - collects 5 coins more! It's sort of an improved hybrid of those two movies. Not only is it amazingly fast, it also manages to get 99 extra lives while waiting. At stage 8-4, at Bowser, I shot 2 fireballs that one passed over the flying flame and one under that flame...
