radio beer hall #104 - kegging day - Donavan Hall 2008 is the year where I'm only drinking homebrewed beer at home. That means that if I drink beer at my house, it has to be beer that I made or beer that my friends have made. A few weeks ago, Mike and I had a huge, super brewday. We made 36 gallons of beer. That beer is fermented and it's time to put it into the keg. Today, I take you through all the steps necessary to get the beer from the fermenter into the serving keg.
