	Roger Ing and Regina in 1993 - Gerald Saul Roger Ing was a prominent abstract painter and owner of the Utopia Cafe restaurant in Regina, Saskatchewan. Before the closure of the Utopia in 1993, he displayed, sold, and even painted his hundreds of abstract expressionist paintings alongside the customers.
