This report summarizes the remedial action activities performed at Baker Beach Disturbed Areas 3 and 4. The remedial actions consisted of excavating and removing non-native waste materials (artificial fill soils, tree stump and wood waste, construction debris, and municipal waste), disposing of the waste fill material, and preparing the resulting slopes for re-vegetation planting.

This letter transmits revised figures and tables presenting analytical results fro Phase 1 (December 2006) soil sampling program and summarized the proposed Phase 2 investigation at the frontal slope and bluff top areas at Baker Beach Disturbed Areas 1,1A, 2, 2A, and the Merchant Road Fill Site. The Phase 2 sampling program is designed to further characterize the extent of contaminants in soil on the bluff top and frontal slope areas at the BBDAs.
