A very male orientated crowd were gathered at the started this Talkaoke host training session and that helped drive the discussion down the crazy path it went, which is maybe a bit too rude to mention in this text but nevertheless very funny. The percentage of the sexes did eventually even itself out and the discussion became not so one sided. We only had two eager people who wanted to try their hands and hosting during this session but bother were very impressive.

Another instalment of Talkaoke's Open Studio Session at Troy Café, Kingsland Road. Unfortunately there weren't the mass of follower that enjoyed the event last time, but this didn't stop the chat from being exciting. Various subjects we talked about included different peoples run ins with the law, the advantages of spooning and how giving away your mole skin coat when it's cold isn't a good idea. Mikey also made way for other potential hosts to have a go hosting the show.

As London gears up for the 2012 Olympics there is a need to find out what people think of the whole project. So the Athletes Village set up an event in the centre of Stratford shopping centre to find out what the people of Stratford thought of it all and Talkaoke was there to help facilitate the discussion. This Talkaoke was unusual in the fact that it was mainly the older generation that had something to say more the the young people, although they also had things on their minds.
