| Thuoom - EI ep - [thump303] - Thuoom
EI ep is the second Thuoom release, 'ei' being Finnish for 'no'. It is a 4-track exploration into possibilities of human voice without the need for actual lyrics or other instruments. Tracks 'Ei' and 'Eh' originally started as phonemic poems without real linguistic meaning, and developed into the aural representations heard on the record. Apart from the voice of Thuoom, EI ep features female vocals by Mala and male vocals by Mukelo.

sun resonate my summer is the second full length album from Thuoom. This album sees Thuoom widening his expression, taking new directions as the four shortest tracks are 100% acoustic performances. 'dna/5' has already been remixed on Aava [thump302] as 'dna (slow)' and 'dna (short)'...

Aava is effectively the second solo album by Thuoom, released under monicker Thuuooom reserved for his more ambient-y endeavours. Aava (Finnish for "open sea" or "spacious") is an exploration of long drones in absence of melodies. The album consists of all new compositions apart from 'science', which is basically a remix of Thuoom track 'sci' appearing on [cycles of sleep] (thump301).
