Whereas tho Bliarat Horneo Pharmacy Karamc-hari Sangli,
Lucknow. registered under no, llfiti of 19.J3-54 as a Trade Union,
was inspected by an Assistant Trado Union Inspector on June 25,
1954, and the inspector noticed that the members of thp union were
not paying their ^ubsmption^ and no meeting? of the union w ere
h"ld. It, therefore, appears that the taid Sangh has ceuaud to exiht.
And whoreaa the Secretary of the Union was askpd, vide my office
registered A. D. letter, d-ited September 18, 1034, tu icport if the
Singh was functioning in terms of its constitution, but no reply ha^
yetbeenroceii-edtothat letter.
Now, therefore not.iue under srciiou 10(6) of the Indian Trado
Unions Act, 192ki, 1-9 hereby given to Bharat Homeo Pharmacy,
Karamchari Singh, Lucknow, to show cause to tho undersigned
on or before tho expiry of two months from the date of receipt of
thig notice, why the Certificate of Registration granted to it be not
cancelled, on tha ground thab the Sangh has ceased to exist.
