Whereas the Diamond Sugar Mill Maadoor, Union Pipraioh,
which was registered as a Trade LTDion under number 262 of 1946-47
and the Diamond Employees Union Pipraich, which was registered
as a Trade Union under no. 840 of 1960.51 have decided to amlga-
mate themselves and to form a new Union under the name of Dia-
mond, Sugar Mills Mazdoor Union, Pipraich, Gorakhpur.

And whereas an application for registration of the aforesaid amal-
gamation has been submitted to the undersigned in form 'G1 of the
U.P., Trade Union Regulations 1927.

And whereas the undesigned is Baits Bed that the amalgamation
of the said Unions has been made in accordance with section 24 of
the Indian Trade Unions Aot, 1026 and the Diamond Sugar Mills
Mazdoor Union, Pipraich, Gorakhpur formed as a rsult of the said
amalgamation is entitled to registration under Section 6 of the
aforesaid Act,

Now, therefore, the Diamond Sugar Mills Mazdoor Union,
Hpr&ioh, Gorakhpur, is hereby declared registered as a Trade Union
under section B read with section 23 of the Indian. Trade Unions
Act, 1926, with effect from the date of this order.
