5. The audit and inspection note 011 the accounts
for 1953-54 was noted.

U. It was resolved that a fee of rupees two only
be charged for issuing a duplicate registration certi-
ficate in lieu of a aoiled or damaged one. Replace-
ment to be made 011 the request of the certificate-
holder and on the return of the soiled or damaged
certificate.

7. The report of the {Standing Uommittee, dated
March '21, 1955, was accepted after some modification.

S. Jleaolved that a districtwise index "be added
at the end of the U. P. Medical Register, and the names •
of members and other matter should also be printed aa
was the practice in the past.

10. It was decided that it is for the Standing
Uoimnittee to consider in the first instance whether
prima facie cases be made against both the doctors
in cases referred to the Coimcil due to difference of
opinion between two doctors.
