WSBEEAS the Jagyopawit Dealers Committee, Kaupur, -which
is registered aa a Trade Union under no. 913 of the year
1950-51, has tailed to submit necessary papers required -with its
Annual Return for the, year 1052-53, alLhoiv|h the Secretary of the
Union'was'i'eminded 111 this respect, vide this office letters, dated th«
IBth November 1953, 17th March 1954, Find 4th July 1934 and has
thus committpd a breach of section 31(1) of the Indian Trade
Unions Act, 1926. It is also proved that the Union has now
ppttsed to exist.

Dealers Committee, is hereby cancelled under aortion 10(6) of the
Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926.
5. The President of the Committee, Pandit JKunj Bahari Lai
and the Secretary, Sri Ram Bhurosoy Dubey, are alao hereby
warned that this time only tho registration certificate of the Com-
imta-' is cancelled for non-submission of the return by the prescribed
In future legal action will be taken against the office bearers of
the Union, under section 31 of the Indian Trade Unions Art, 1920.
