WHEREAS the Steel Trunk Workers' Union, Allahabad,
reeiaterd under no. 592 of 1948-49 as a Trade Union under
section 8 of the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1936 (XVI of 1926).
contravened tha provisions of hoction 28 of the c,aid Act by failing to
submit to the undesigned its annual return for the year ending on
March 31, 1954, by July 31, 1914, the dale prescribed by regulation
17 of the Regulations framed under the Indian Trade Unions Aot,
1926, a notice under section 10 (b) of the said Act was issued to the
said Union to show cause, within two months of the service of the
notice, why the certificate of its registration should not be cancelled.
The period of the notica expired on February 28, 1955. The annual
return for the year described above hag not heon furnished even up
to this date.

No cause, .having been shown, Uifl certificate of registration of
tha Stoel Trunk Workers' Union, Allahabad, is hereby etwirellad
under section 10(b) of tho Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926.

The President of the Onion, Sri Abdul Khaliq, and th*
Secretary Sri Ved Vart ara also hereby warned that this time
only the registration certificate of the Union is cancelled for non-
Bubmiaaion of tho Return by the prescribed date. In future legal
action will be taknn against the office bfarors of the Union, under
section 31 of the Indian Trade Unions Ait, 1926, in the event of
recurrence of Puch a default.

WHEREAS the Cinmna Karmafhari Sangh, AligarL, register^.]
under no. 1185 of 1953-.:) I, as a Trade Union under section 8
of the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926 (XVT of 1926),
contravened tho provisions of section 28 of the said Act by
FailiuE to submit to the undersigned its annual return for the
year ending on March 31, 19B4, by July 31, 1954, the date pres-
cribsd by regulation 17 of the Regulations framed under tho Indian
Trade Unions Act, 1926, a notice under section 10(6) of the said Act
was issued to the said Union to show cause, within txv o months of thn
serivce of the notice, why tho certificate of its registration should not
be cancelled. The period of the notion expired on February 24.
1965. The ouiunl return for the year described above has not bepo
furnished oven up to this date.

No cause having been shown, the certificate of registration of
tho Cinema Karmaohari Sangh, Alizarh, is hereby cancelled under
auction lO(b) of the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926,

The President of tho Union, Sri Prithvinath Bhargava and the
Secretary Sri Ron PJ Varflhny, are also hereby warned that this
time only fclm registration certificate of tho Union is cancelled for non-
submiasion of tho Rnturn by the prescribed date. In future legal
action will be taken against the office bearers of the Union, under
section 31 of the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926, in the event of
recurrence of such a default.

WHEREAS tha Municipal Employees' Association, Allahabad,
registered under no. 677 of 1949-50, as a Trade Union under
Heltion 8 of the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926 (XVI of 1926), con-
travened the provisions of section 28 of the said Act by failing to
eubmit to the undersigned its annual return for the year ending on
March 31, 1954, by July 31, 1954, the date prescribed by regulation
17 of the Regulations framed under the Indian Trade Unions Act,
1926 a notice under section 10(6) of the aaid Act was issued to the
aaid Union to show cause, within two months of the service of the
notice why the certificate of its registration should not be cancelled.
The period of the notice expired on February 28, 1955. The annual
return for the year described above has not been furnished even up
to this date.

No cause having been shown, the certificate of registration of the
Municipal Employees' Association, Allahabad, is hereby cancelled
undor section 10(6) of the Indian Trade Unions Aot, 1926.

The President of the Union, Sri H. N. Bahuguna and the
Secretary SriRadhey Shyam Verma, aro also hereby warned that
this time only the registration certificate of the Union is cancelled
for non-submisaion of the Return by the prescribed date. In future
leeal action will be taken against the office bearers of the Union,
under section 31 of the Indian Trade Unions Aot, 1926, in the event
of recurrence of such a default.

WHHBBAS the Transport Workers Union, Shabjahanpur, registered
under no.    1219 of 1953-54, as a Trade TTnion under section 8 of the
Indian Trade Unions Aot, 1926   (XVI of 1926), contravened the pro.
visio»% ofsction 28 of the said Act by failing to submit to the under,
signed its annual return for the year ending on March 31, 1954, by
July 31,1954, the date preaoribedby regulation 17 of the Regulations
framed under the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926, a notice   under

cause, within two months of the service of the notice, why the certi-
ficate of its rogistration should not be cancelled.   The period of the
noticp expired on February 28,1955. The annual return for the year
described obovo has not been furnished even up to this date.

No satisfactory cans?, having been shown, the certificate
of registration of the Transport Workers Union, Shatjahanpur Is
hereby cancelled under section 10(6) of the Indian Trade Unions
Aot, 1926.

The President of the Union, Sri Daulat Ram, arid the
Secretary Sri' Babu Bam Paadey, ore also hereby warned
thatthtf time only the registration certificate of the Union is

cancelled for non-submission of the Return by tha prescribed date.
In future legal action will be takon against the offioe bearers of the
Union, under section 31 of the Indian. Trade Unions Act, 1928, in

the evpnt of reourr-=>rr6 of such a default.

WHEBEAS the Upper India Couper Piper Mill Mazdoor Sough.
Luoknnw, registered under no. 24B of 1946-47, as a Trade Union
uoder section 8 of the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926 (XVI
of 1926), contravened the provisions of section 28 of the said
Act by failing to submit to thp undersigned its annual return
fo" the year ending on March 31, 1954, by Tuly 81, 1954, the
date prescribed by regulation 17 of the Regulations framed
under the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926, a notice under section
10(b) of the said Act was issued to the said Union to show cause,
within two months of tha service of the notica, why the certificate
of its registration shcnild not be cancelled. The period of the notice
expired on February 1, 1955. Tho annual return for the year
described above haa nob been furnished even up to this date.

No satisfactory cause having been shown, the certificate of
registration of the Upper India Couper Paper Mill Mazdoor Sangh,
LacJcnow is hereby cancelled under section I0(b) of the Indian
Trade Unions Act, 1926.

The President of the Union, Sri Jagdish Chandra Bixtt and
the General Secretary Sri Rameshw&r Saran Singh, are also hereby
warned that this time only the registration certificate of tho
Union is cancelled for non-submission of the return by the
prescribed date. In future legal action will be taken against
the office bearers of the Union, under section 31 of the Indian
Trade Unions Aot, 1926, in the event of recurrence of such •
default.
