WHEREAS tha abovenamed applicant has applied to this court
by a petition, dated 7th April, 1953 to be declared insovlent under
section 10/13 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, Vof 1920, it is
hereby notified that the court has fixed 6th August, 1955 far the
hearing of the aforesaid application.

ilohcl. Ishaque deceased and widow of namp unknown, resident of
village Dhibra, pargana, and thana Ballia, district Ballia, is also one
of the defendants, she is requested to appear in the above suit and
take steps by the 2nd July, 1955, otherwise the suit will be heard

NOTICE is hereby given under section 53 of the Kanpur Urban
Area Development Ac I (VI of 1945) that the Kanpur Development
Board has framed a Slum Clearance-cum-Development Scheme,
no. 47 for Ahata Debi Din, no. 86/249, and other adjoining abates
in Raipurwa. The Scheme boundaries are as follows .
" Commencing from junction of Chandrika Devi Road and
the existing 25-ft. Road proceeding east along the 25-ft.
Road up to its junction with Hanurpur Road ; then moving
southwards along Hamirpur Road up to its junction with
G. T. Road; then moving westwards along G. T. Road up to
