KANFUR  DVEVELOPMENT BOARD

NOTICE is hereby given under section 53 of the Kanpur Urban
Area Development Ac I (VI of 1945) that the Kanpur Development
Board has framed a Slum Clearance-cum-Development Scheme,
no. 47 for Ahata Debi Din, no. 86/249, and other adjoining abates
in Raipurwa. The Scheme boundaries are as follows .

" Commencing from junction of Chandrika Devi Road and
the existing 25-ft. Road proceeding east along the 25-ft.
Road up to its junction with Hanurpur Road ; then moving
southwards along Hamirpur Road up to its junction with
G. T. Road; then moving westwards along G. T. Road up to
its junction with Chandrika Devi Road, then moving north
up to the starting point.

Plan of the Scheme showing the lands and houses proposed
to bo acquired can be peen during office hours at the Development
Board Office.

Any objection to the Scheme and proposed acquisition can be
filed at the Bnard'a Office within sixty days of the date of this
notice.

other person, having been stolen, notice is hereby given that the
payment of the above note and tho interest thereupon has been
qtopped at the Public Debt Office, Reserve Bank of India, Delhi,
and that application is about to bo made for payment of the discharge
valufl in favour of the legal heir of the proprietor. The public are
rationed against purchasing or otheriwisa dealing with the above,
