Area Development Act (VI of 1945) that the Kanpur Development
Board has framed a, Slum Clearanoe-cum-Developmcnt Scheme,
no. 47 for Ahata- Debi Dm, no. 86/249, ami other adjoining ahataa
in Raipurwa. The Scheme boundaries are as follows :

" Commencing from junction of Chnndrika Devi Road and
the existing 25ft. road proceeding east along the 25ft.
road up to its junction with Hamirpur Road ; then moving
southwards along Hamirpur Road up to its junction with
G. T. Road; then moving westwards along G. T. Road up to
its junction with Chandrika Devi Road, then moving north
up to the starting point"

Plan of the Scheme showing the Innds and houses proposed
to be acquired can be seen during office hours at the Development
Board Office.

Any objection to tho Scheme and propoHod acquisition can be
filed at the Board's Office within flixty days of the date of this
notice.

The Government Promissory Note no. DH032S58 of the 3 per
cent loen of 1953-55 for Rs.lUO originally standing in the name nf
Imperial Bank of India anrl last endorsed to Basheer Ahmad,
(deceased) the proprietor by whom it was never endowed to any
other person, having been stolen, notice is hereby given that tha
payment of the above note and the interest thereupon has been
stopped at the Public Debt Office, Reserve Bank of Indin, Delhi,
and that applications about tobemadeforpayment of tho discharge
value in favour of the legal heir of the proprietor. The public are
cautioned against purchasing or otheriwise dealing with the above-
mentioned security.
