Scheduled  Tribe   candidate, if such  suitable   candidate   available,
otherwise to be treated as unreserved.    Pay :   Rs.200—15—290—

experienced    candidate.    Affe : Below    35   years.    JRelaxable   for
Oovernment   servants.    Qualifications     :    Essential : (i) At   least
2nd Class Master's   or  equivalent Honour's degree in Geology from

3.    Secretary, Town Development, Office of tJie Development Com-

Rs.600—40—1,000—1,000—1,050—1,050—1,100—1,100—1,150 plus
compensation (construction allowance) of 20 per cent of pay subject
to maximum of Es. 125 per mensen for so long as this is admissible.

Age : Between 30 and 45 years. Relaxable for Government servants.
Qualifications : Ess&ntial : (i) Degree of recognized University,
(ii) About 7 years' experience in management, administration
,and disposal of estates including work connected with land improve-
ment and development of township in Municipality or Improve-
ment Trust. (ni) Administrative experience. Qualifications
relaxable at Commission's discretion in case of candidates other-
wise well-qualified.

4.    One Soil Conservation Scientist for the Central Soil Conserva-
tion Board, Ministry of Food and Agriculture.    Temporary but likely
to continue and be made permanent eventually.   Pay: Rs. 600—40—
1,000—1,000—1,050—1,080—1,100—1,100—1,150.   Higher    initial
pay to specially qualified and experienced candidate-   Aqe; Below
45  years.    RdmstaUe  for   Oovernment   servants.    Qualifications :
Essential -. (i) Master's degree or equivalent in Agriculture with
Soil  Science   as     special   subject,    (ii)   Training   in   Agronomic
aspects of soil conservation, soil survey, land use, planning and
field experiments with crops and grasses,   (iii) About five   years,
practical/research experience in subjects mentioned in (u) above.

dates otherwise well-qualified.

University or Institution,    (iii)  About  seven  years' experience in
field  of  education, including about three years' in administrative

11.    One Woman Medical Officer (Maternity and Child Welfare}*
under the Delhi State.    Post temporary but likely   to    continue-
Pay :   Rs.350—25—500—30—650—30—800      plus    25    per cent
of pay as non-practising allowance.    Higher initial pay to specially
qualified     and   experienced   candidate.    Age : Below    35   years.
Belaxable for Government servants by the   number of completed years
of    Government    service.    Qualifications :    Essential : (i)   Medical
qualification included in one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical
Council Act, 1933.    (ii) Diploma in Maternity and Child Welfare
(iii) About three years' experience of Maternity and Child Welfare

ence in Health   Education and/or Health Tublicity work.   Quali-

otherwise well-qualified.
