3.    One Farai Superintendent, Central Mechanised Farm, Bhopal.
Ministry of Food and Agriculture.    Post temporary but hekly to
continue  for  about   S  yeara.    Pay   :    Rs.275 — 25 — 650.    Higher
initial pay to specially qualified and experienced candidate.    Age -.
Between 25 and 40 years.    Qualifications :    Essential -.    (i) Degree
or equivalent diploma in Agriculture of rnnogmsed Umverdity/Ins-
titution.    (ii) Adequate practical experience of running mechanised
farms.    Qualifications relaxable at Commission1;; discretion in case
of   candidates    otherwise well qualified.

4.    One Junior Field Reporter on the Research (non-Gouernmiint)
Side   of the Indian Council of   Agricultural Research, Ministry of
food   and Agriculture.   Post    temporary and likely to continue
indefinitely.    Candidates selected for interview may also be required
to sit for a written test, particulars of which will be  furnished in
due course. Pay : Rs.275 — 25 — 500.   If however, person   already
in Government service is selected, he will be entitled to draw at his
option hi? grade pay plus deputation allowance not exceeding 20
per cent, of the grade pay.   Higher initial pay to specially qualified
and experienced candidate^).    Age :    Below 40 years.    Relaxable
for Government servants.    Qualifications :    Essential :    (i) Degree
of recognized University or equivalent with proficiency in English.
{ii) About two   years' experience as   Reporter in Newspaper News
Agency or periodical of repute.    Qualifications relaxable at Commi-
ssion's discretion, in case of candidates otherwie well-qualified.

5.    One Deputy Director, Zoological Survey of India, Ministry
of Natural Resource* and    Scientific    Research.    Temporary and
likely to become permanent.    Other things being equal, preference
given to Scheduled Caste candidates.    Pay : Rs.1,000 — 50 — 1,400.
Higher initial pay to specially qualified and experienced candidats(a)
Age :   Preferably below 45 years.    Qualifications  :    Essential :
fi) Master's or any higher Degree in Zoology,    (ii) About ton years'
research experience in Zoology with, special reference to Systematics,
Ecology of animals etc., copies of published papers   to be  submitted
as evidence of original research,    (iii) Experience   of  conducting
field auryeya and guiding research.   Qualifications   relaxable   at
Commission's discretion in case of candidates otherwise well-quail-
fied,

"WHEREAS the Tar Zali Mazdoor Union, Banaraa, registen d under
no. 1209 of 1953-54, aa a Trade Union under section 8 of the Indiarf
Trade Unions Act, 1926 (XVI of 1926), contravenc-d the provision^
of section 28 of the said Act by failing to submit to the under
signed its annual return for the year ending on March 31, 19B4.
