nished even up to this date.

No cjduse having "been shown, the certificate of registration
of the Municipal Shiksha Karmarhari Association, Bisalpur,,
district Pilibhit, is hereby cancelled under section J0(*) of the
Indian Trade Unions Act, 1026.

The President of the Union, Sii Sheo Shankerlal and the Secre-
tary, Sri Han Ram, are also hereby warned that this time only thr
registration uertificate ol the union is cancelled for non-submission
of thP Return by tho prescribed date. In future legal action will
be takfiti against the office hearers of the Union, under sorticm 31 if
the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926, in the Brent of rprurrenfie of

WHBBEA9 the Cinem.t Employees' Union, Mserut, registered
under no- Hd? of 1953-54 as a Trade Union under section
g of the Indian Trade Unions Act, 19^6 (XVI of l92fi),
contravened the provisions of section 28 of the said Act by failing to
submit to the undersigned its Annual Return for the year ending on
March 31,1954, by July 31, 1954, the data preacribed by regulation
'* 17 of the Regulations framed under the Indian Trade Unions Act,
1926, a notice under section 10 (b) of the a aid Act wan issued to the
said Union to show cause, within two months of the service of the
notice, why tho certificate of its registration should not be cancelled.
Thfl period of the notice expired on February 29, 1955. The Annual
Return for the year described above has not been furnished even up
10 this date.

No cause, having beon shown, thp certificate of registration of
WIB Cinema Employees, Union, Meernt, is hereby cancelled under
gection 10(6) of tho Indian Trade, Unions Act, 1926.

The President of the Union, Sri Dayri Prakaah Garg and the
Secretarys General Secretary, Sri K- C. Nigam, are also hereby
warned that thia time only the registration certificate of the
Union is cancelled for non-submission of the Return by the pres-
ribed date. In future legal action will ba taken against the office
bearers of the Union, under section 31 of tho Iniian Trade Unions
Act, 1926, in the ovent of recurrence of such a default.

WoBBEAs the Zila Kargha Union Mtighur (Basti), registered
under no. 102g of 1051-52, as a Trade Union under section S
of the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926 (XVI of 1926),
contravened tho provisions of section 28 of the said Act by
failing to submit to the undersigned its Annual Return for the
year ending on March 31, 1934, by July 31, 1954, the date pres-
cribed by regulation 17 of the Regulations framed under the Indian
Trade Unions Act, 1920, a notice undar section 10(6) of the said Act
was issued to the gaid Union to show cause, within two months of th,p
senvce of the notice, why thp certificate of its registration should not
be cancelled. The period of the notice expired on March 8,
1955. TLe Annual Return for thp year described above has not keen
furmslipd even up +o this date.

No   satisfactorily    cause    having    been    shown,      the    certi-
ficate   of registration of   the  Zilo, Kargha Union Maghar (Bas1
is hereby cancelled under section 10(&)  of the Indian Tiade Unio
Act, 1926.

The President of thu Union, Sri Mobin Ahmad Ansari,
and the Secretary Genera' Secret jvy Sri Gkil Mohammad are
also hereby warned that this time only the registration certificate of
the Union is cancelled for non-submission of the Return by the
prescribed da.te. In future legal action will be taken against the
officebearers of the Union, under section 31 of the Indian Trade
Unions Act, 1920, m the event of recurrence of such a default.

WHEREAS the A. I. R. Artists, Association, U. P. Lucknov*.
registered under no. 613 of 1948-49, as a Trade Union under
fcection 8 of the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1026 (XVI of 1926), con-
travened the provisions of section 28 of the said Act by failing to
submit to the undersigned its Annual Return for the year ending on
March 31, 1954, bv July 31, 1954, the date prescribed by regulation
17 of the Regulations framed under the Indian Trada Unions Act,
1926, a notice under section 10(6) of the said Act was issued to the
said Union, to show cause, within two months of the service of the
notice, why the certificate of its registration should not be cancelled.
The period of the notice expired on February 11, 1955. The Annual
Return for the year described above has not been furnished even, up
to this date.

No satisfactory cause having been shown, the certificate of regig.
tration of the A. I. R. Artists' Association, Luoknow, is hereby can-
polled under section 10(b) of the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1928.
, The President of the Union, Sri Baldeo Praaad Miara and the
Secretary Sri Aklielesh Misra, are also hereby warned that

withm two mouths of the service of the notice, why the certificate
of its registration should not be canselled. The period of the notice
expired on February 27, 1955 The Annual Return for the year
described above has not been furnished, even up to this date.

No cause having been shown, the certificate of registration
of the Vanguard Press Karmaehiri Sangb. Allahabad, ia hereby
cancelled under section lOfft) of the Indian Trade Unions
Act, 1926.

The President of the Union, Sri H. N. B Jiuguni and the
Secretary Sri Ahmad Sulam, are also hereby warned that this
time only the registration certificate of the Union is cancelled
for non-submission of the return by the prescribed date. In
future legal action will be taken against the office bearers of
the Union, under section 31 of the Indian Trade Unions Act,
1926, in the event of recurrence of such a default.

WHEREAS the Secretary, Aspatal Kamiaehari Union, Gorakhpur,
which is registered under no. 787 *-f 1949-50 as Trade Union, -was
asked in my office letter no. 3990/T-II ,3SS, dated.June 21, 11)54,
to present himself with all the necessary papers* for inspection in the
office of the Regional Conciliation Officer, Gorafchpur, on July 5, 1954,
but neither any reply was received from him nor did any represent-
ative of the Union present himself for the inspection. Thereafter,
the Secretary was asked in my office registered A. D. letter no.
3985/T-II 588, dated August 17, 1934, to present himself on
August 26, 1934, in my office with all the relevant records for ins-
pection but eT>en then neither there was any response from the
Union nor any representative of The Union presented himself at the
tinw of inspection. It, therefore, amply hears that the Union has
now ceased to exist.

2.    And whereas the above Union has commitLed a, breach of
section 28 of the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1920 (XVI of 1926),
read with regulation  17  of the U. P. Trade Unions rfRegulatiosn,
1927, by failing to submit to the undersigned the- Annual Return
for the ytJcir undrng       ilarch 31, 1954, by the   prescribed   date
viz.,   July 31, 1934, a notice under seetion 10(&) of the said Act was
issued to the said Union to show cause within two months of   the
service of the notice, \thy thu certificate of its registration should
not be cancelled.    The period of notice expired on February 14,
19S5.   The Annual Return for the year inontionpil above has not
been furnished even up to this    date.

3.    No satisfactory cause, having been shown the certificate ot
the Registration of the Aspatal JKaramchari Union, Gorakhpur
is herebj- cancelled under section 10(6) of the Indian Trade Unions
Act, 192G.

4.    The President of the Union Sri Gupta* Misra and Secretary
Sri Mata Prasad Pandey, ore also hereby warned that this time only
the Registration eertiiiuate of  the Union is cancelled.   In future
legal action will be taken against the office bearers of the Union under
section 31 of the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926, in   the event of
recurrence   of   such   a   default.

Whereas the Steel Box Workers Union, Banaras, registered under"
no. 1212 of 1953-54 as a- Trade Union under suction 8 of the Indian
Trade Unions Act, 1926), XVI of 1926), contravened the provisions
of section '28 of the said Act by failing to submit to the undersigned
its annual return for the year ending on March 31, 1954, by July
31, 1954, the date prescribed by regulation 17, of the Begu,
lations framed under the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926, a notice
under section 10(6) of the said Act was issued to the said Union to
show cause, within two months of the service pf the notice, vrhy
the certificate of its registration should not be cancelled. The
period of the notice expired on March. 22, 1 955. The annual return
for the year described above has not been furnished even up to tfefi
dote.
